AUTONOMY IN SOCIAL NETWORKS

social networks in the Caribbean speak out, demand and question the autonomy process to live their peoples. In recent days, issued a decree 15-2011 by the executive, lift the spirits manifesting on it and the proposed formation of other autonomous regions.

For many the problem is historical. Once more it restricts the area for groups of power, politically and economically, to continue plundering the natural resources rich region, excluding the enjoyment of native peoples and Afro-demand demarcation of territory. From this perspective, the State maintains an insidious racism that seeks to steal their ancestral rights.

For others the problem is related to the above, but from another perspective. The decree issued by the Executive puts equal the value of the caribbean vote with the rest of Nicaraguans. Under this approach, the passage of the Electoral Act Chontales was assigned three deputies and two recital RAAS those municipalities that were still Chontales jurisdiction but in 2001 they detracted Arnoldo Alemán to transfer the RAAS the municipalities of El Rama , Bullocks Wharf and New Guinea. This most populous region was not changed the electoral law and kept the same number of representatives in the legislature. Again there is the discrimination by the State.

Other voices raised the municipalities of El Rama, Muelle de los Steers and New Guinea were never seen under the Law of Autonomy. Not participate in regional elections or receive, for several years, resources from the Regional Council of the RAAS to the development of its territory and population welfare. They argue that this is a form of discrimination and marginalization and support the formation of a Third Autonomous Region. Note that there are against independence, they are not stealing territory and seek to strengthen the autonomy process from another perspective. If there are two autonomous regions, why can not there more? It is one of their main arguments.

In the same vein, the North Caribbean are attentive to the course to take the proposal to establish the Autonomous Region of Triangulo Minero with the municipalities of Siuna, Rosita, Bonanza and Waslala. This proposal was prepared and submitted to parliament since 2002 but has recently revived motivated by a decree issued by the executive.

At issue is the role of their representatives in the National Assembly, senior government officials originating in the Autonomous Regions and Regional Councils. Now more than ever, are labeled as "sold", "corrupt" opportunistic " electioneering "and even" anti-autonomy. "

In Bluefields, civil society led by universities and URACCAN BICU, sue the state authorities do not take actions that curtail the territory of the autonomous regions and propose the creation of national constituencies of peoples and peoples of African descent indigenous to the election of deputies which involves modifying the electoral law.

political-administrative division of the country has been shaped over time by political arrangements and compromises in key moments of our history. Key is the electoral process already started and the Caribbean participating in social networks are attentive to the rudder that turns the course for the giant awake and its autonomy process.

Water Indicator On Lg Phone

YUNTA

was four in the afternoon. Easter home, estiraditos in bed with my wife watching the Easter classics on TV. Suddenly we heard the sound of the gate. Three mounted visiting a peasant family. With confidence and we opened it to greet them as they tied the horses in the light pole.

is closed, said Emily. Julia was with her husband and daughter about eight years living in Old Guinea. We come to visit and entered the restaurant said. Come back to the farm and want to take some beers cold, Sebastian said. Must be hot, I thought. Try them, they are not very cold. They are good, bring us two and a fresco.

many things, the bean crop, the price of milk, curds and his farm. We do not need anything, at least make sure the food said Julia. I have an apple going to plant cassava and maize, this year has brought me to plant upland rice, you could see as I give to my neighbors, first time I plant it, "Sebastian said, and asked two other cold.

As things stand, is a blessing, thank God, "said Emily. If true, "said Julia, everything is expensive. Must go quiet on the farm, my wife replied. As they do with the water, I asked Sebastian. We have a well, said Julia. And no electricity, my wife asked. A year ago we bought a solar panel that gives us 17.500 pesos for four candles and the recorder said Julia. You should listen to radio news Spring, said. I'm a day said Sebastian and Julia asked other two but said no more, is sufficient and it's getting late.

All I need is to make things cold, watching Sebastian said Julia. You know, ice cubes, a chilly ice creams, soda, that's all but would have to put another panel and buy a converter to lift a refrigerator. And for drinks too, I replied. If clear, he said and added, give me two cans to hold the urge until next week. As we parted, he gave Julia Emily three bags of ice to the freshness of Sebastian as he smiled.

How To Write A Baby Congratulations Card

EASTER FREEZE THINGS IN THE FIELD OF FREEDOM

Campesina in Punta Gorda Procession
Traditionally thousands of Nicaraguan families choose to take their deserved Easter holiday in different resorts on the Costa del Pacifico.

El gran impulso que se ha dado a la construcción y mantenimiento road is an indication that the focus for attracting tourists is based on infrastructure investment. Is necessary, but not everything. It must invest in the qualification of service providers, small, medium and large, so that they remain attractive to Nicaraguans and foreign tourists. A good road that leads to the beach where there are places for our stay but without the warmth necessary, with the passage of time is no longer an attraction.

A different alternative undervalued by the growing campaign for the beaches of the Pacific, is spending the Easter holidays in the countryside. Yes, the countryside, the estate of the family, friends or those that provide the right conditions. This alternative provides us with much, much more peace to us and ours. It fills us with peace to move away from the bustling world of musical sounds high as possible, the bombing towards consumerism and the necessary and constant vigilance of our children or grandchildren to the "nest" of people roaming the beaches with multiple purposes , beyond that of enjoying them.

field arrived with all his grace and in these times of Easter, in the dry summer period, is decked out. Thousands of trees stand out with their colorful blooms such as clothing, each in his own fashion, in colors ranging from pink, yellow, white and red, depending on the species. In addition, rivers that cross it are calm, green waters zarco express their sandbanks and huge slabs of blue stones and multiple pools that are becoming overgrown fresh waters. No longer go unnoticed birds of different species and colors with their songs delight our ears and the morning cries of howler monkeys. Scour the countryside on horseback or mule allows us to more fully enjoy this wonderful, cozy and charming landscape. In the country live in harmony with nature and, without hesitation, we can appreciate majesty of the full moon and breathe the air at its best purity at dawn.

Farmers also celebrate the week more organized around the chapels. Good Friday itself, "the latter via crucis" is organized in different districts and fourteen stations, symbolizing the suffering of Jesus Christ to the cross, developed along roads or trails beasts, in which each family prepares at the entrance to his farm one season, decorating the room with flowers, palm trees and the wooden cross where they perform the prayers with the obligatory songs accompanied by guitar farmers. The sweltering heat of midday and the layer dust, which in the rainy season becomes mud, not hinder this activity is performed religious devotion in our field. In other cases, whole families organized this activity in the yard of their farms with the participation of their neighbors when the hood is very distant.
summer
Two cultures exist in the country as stated by the distinguished naturalist and explorer Dr. Jaime Incer, the beach (Pacific) and the coastal (Inland). Inland the field is, worthy of more promotion because it is here that remains the beauty of our land and authentic nationality, still unknown to many.

Regal Kitchen Pro Breadmaker Manual K6743

Pearl Cays. Atlantic Photo Tours.
The whiteboard hanging on the back wall showing diagrams, graphs, matrices and lines colored in blue, green, black and shining by the last rays of sun in the white room, permeating light poster paper hung on the side walls with tape. Chairs disordered around the table, empty coffee cups, ashtrays full, bins full of crumpled sheets and desks clustered at one end were witnesses of what happened. To inhale the aroma into dense, mixed snuff, coffee and alcohol ink, the wealth of the talks is still perceived in the small space, drowned by desires.

I said good afternoon and there was no response. Attracted by the board walked to the back and watched carefully the richness of detail. Names of communities that had forgotten Halouver, Brown Bank, Raitipura, Kakabila, Orinoco, Marshall Point, Tasbapounie-ordered numerically combined with dates, activities, personnel and budget guaranteed. Mesmerized, I turned my gaze to the walls for discovering the order of the flip charts with the communities listed on the board and the breakdown at the level of details, planting of pineapple, preschool building, well, pedestrian bridges, latrines, repair of wharves, workshops training and community meetings. What delicacy! I and the uncertainty was gone, the plan was developed. I had the feeling of invading alien space, I left quickly and went down the stairs, I heard my name from behind the patio.

- 're just in time, brother! "Carlos said. We are waiting!
- You know how the journey, first by land and then had to take two pangas replied to shake hands.
- Come ahead. The meeting with community leaders is about to begin, "he said and walked to school.

Before the meeting I was introduced to the field team, again to meet Johnny and Dolen after many years. Immediately I was welcomed with Caribbean heat to the expectant eyes and Chepe Carlos Leon. Community members were sitting on desks around the classroom and, as Carlos explained the work of the organization - we work to build a just world through solidarity, children are the main subject, promote comprehensive community development, our commitment is long term, do not invent our work because it stems from you prioritize needs in their communities, the commitment must be mutual, Johnny translated into English to facilitate communication, adding their own words the environment.

- is the first time I hear those encouraging words, I like the way your organization works, "said one of the leaders in English.

The atmosphere became tense, the smiles on the faces surfaced, boiling tempers became immediately wants to begin work in communities and at the end of the session, they parted with the hope to turn their dreams into reality.

After
lodge at Lodge Green captivated me the warmth of Wesley and his wife, the desired taste of homemade Caribbean food, open and honest treatment as old friends who reunite. After dinner we went to the patio, we sat on the benches placed in the sand under the shady trees of avocado and talked late into the night.

At seven o'clock we started with Ray to the Pearl Cays. We went by Set Net Point of the Caribbean Sea and an hour later we were in paradise Keys, an archipelago majestic, unspoilt, a haven for fishermen who get in their white sands for thousands of turtles that nest in them. Equal to the Utila Keys, I thought. Turquoise calm waters inviting to plunge into them. The tanks and food for the occasion were arranged under the shade of coconut and rum drinks with coconut water did not wait.

With the warm water above the waist made a circle where the board plans and flip charts were exposed, the best way to share, dialogue and exchange ideas for the future to renew commitments. Canal, pangueros, was transformed into a beach waiter carefully stuffed the empty glasses.

- But the issue of child malnutrition? Asked Charles in his capacity as a doctor.
- Child malnutrition is not here, "said Ray, with Carlos Leon and Chepe exchanged glances in surprise.
- Tell us, "said Carlos.
- Look, the people of the communities planting cassava, plantain, rice and eat fish, "said Ray sipping his drink and said - That's the best food, the most nutritious.
- Are you sure? 'Said Carlos.
- Yeah man, lad eat fish and shrimp. Households consume enough fish, "he reasoned, adding Ray - Here's another kind of hunger.
- What kind? Chepe asked Leon.
- Man, people are hungry for freedom, "said Ray safely.
- But how can we remove it? Asked Carlos.
- Working for the rights of the peoples of the coast, supporting autonomy, "said Ray.

That conversation in the waters of the Pearl Cays forever marked our relationship and allowed me to discover, after visiting several times each of the communities, the desire for freedom of the inhabitants of the basin of Laguna de Perlas.

What Is The Perfect Size

HUNGER MARTIRIO MILITANT

Illusions truncated, drowned by dark anxieties in whose waters dance his heart enslaved, suffering from pain alone, demonstrated in front the mirror of disappointments. Sad face, only tears, without pity about.

engulfed Alma, undone before the bitter honey of darkness. Without peace, no rest to the constant ringing of dual-chip mobile phone, disturbing calls without identifying himself. Nerves to the surface, watching the movement of its own shadow. Troubled by the locals and overwhelming to outsiders. The shaking rage explodes around him, looking down the fearful, others avoid it, few imagined the face of suspicion.

words and empty phrases, empty with no real meaning, escaped slogans Alphabet that sounds like an echo in the depths of his mind. Soft, sweet and lackeys transfigured in crude, bitter, hurtful ranting their senses before the expectant eyes of his.

Another tear crosses his cheek. Hurt notes the family photo on the stillness of the empty room. Without peace and quiet, walk around the bed, leaving the hall without turning on the light, listen in silence sorrows and regrets. His heart cries freedom, break chains and end the torment.

undecided The balance leans to acts proselytizing. His oath sets the course and crashed in a storm of discontent, fighting upstream becomes shipwrecked of deceit, lies and immersed in the plot, revealed by a bright beam of reality.

Is it worth the martyrdom? You know!
The martyrs did not suffer like you, the pain was mortal and crucifying.
Heroes await, passing into eternity.
many lies! Many tricks! Return to yours!
Creoles, Miskito, Garifuna, Ulwas, mayagnas, branches and mestizos will celebrate.

Example Of A Community Completion Letter

THREE CITIES, A MEMBER OF THE STRIKE

In 2003 I wrote an opinion piece entitled: What deserves Coast. Noted that "the coast do not have representatives in the legislature should considering our population. The RAAS should have at least six deputies in the National Assembly, if our population is higher than the 340 thousand inhabitants, nearly equal to Leon and Chinandega. And goes on to state but in another context.

Decree No. 15-2011 published in La Gaceta, Diario Oficial on April 5, 2011 in his first recital refers to Law No. 331 "Election Law" which states in Article 141 the election of seventy (70) of the ninety (90) deputies to the National Assembly shall be by departmental divisions and autonomous regions and the number of members specified in that article is based on the principle of proportionality in accordance with number of voters per electoral subscription.

The second paragraph states that the Decree No. 33-2001 "In return of Municipalities of the South Atlantic Autonomous Region and the department of Rio San Juan" published in La Gaceta No. 61 of March 27, 2001, breaking the principle of proportionality set out in the Electoral Act, and maintains that fewer voters three (3) Members in the Department of Chontales and most voters only two deputies in her South Atlantic Autonomous Region.

The third paragraph states that the President of the Republic is empowered to determine the incorporation of municipalities to their respective regions or departments where all within the framework of Article 8 of Law No. 137 of Political Reform Division Administrative published in La Gaceta No. 231 of December 6, 1991.

Based on these recitals dictates Reemployment Act of Municipalities Chontales Department established in Article 1 that the municipalities of El Rama, Muelle de los Steers and New Guinea are returning to that department for administration, subject to its jurisdiction.

This measure is cyclical. If indeed there is a concern to ensure the number of Members under the principle of proportionality in relation to the ideal number of voters would change Electoral Law and to assure the Members RAAS it deserves based on its population. Alemán moved the municipalities in question to the RAAS with Decree No. 33-2001 being not only under its administration and jurisdiction, but under the regime of autonomy that governs the Caribbean coast but they were never recognized by the Council of the Autonomous Regional RAAS. In fact, the measure sought to ensure political benefits as guaranteed in this region the votes of these three towns, liberal tradition, for the members of his party in the National Assembly.

Again we see that the government, according to Decree 15-2011, moves the three municipalities Chontales department for those Liberal votes are not counted in the RAAS such as betting will get at least one member of his party as a representative of that region on the results of general elections next November.

Beyond these short-term measures, the population of the municipalities of El Rama, New Guinea and Bullocks Wharf require judicial and legal stability in the context of political and administrative division of the country. The territory called Central Zelaya is a challenge to the autonomy process but it seems that their problems never have a solution to this new measure that damages the autonomy process. As a friend says "do not move, we are tired we graze like cows on pasture paddock walk to the convenience of the employer."

20' High Retaining Wall Cost

all started with a small spark of discontent. Bay fishermen returned home evening with empty boats, paddles, sailing, networks, an effort frustrated and distressed faces, nothing more. They had several months to navigate beyond their usual fishing grounds in front of Half Way Cay, the northern coast near Schooner Cay, the northern tip of Deer Island, Punta Masaya and Rama Cay, to enter the high seas by the bar Hone El Bluff and Sound. Noticed a negligible increase in the capture of lad, shrimp and fish while her three times without allowing effort to cover their family needs with product sales. Found no explanation for his misfortune, but were aware that something was happening and called a meeting at the tip of Old Bank.

that morning walked through the streets into the meeting carrying the paddles on their shoulders. Were over a hundred, including the elderly with white hair, retired from fishing. At ten o'clock they met in a circle. Dominated the confusion and uncertainty, all talking at once, until John took the floor.

- have clear-cutting the banks of rivers! The bay is drying! Said screaming. why we put out so far, fish and shrimp are gone, will not play on the coasts and lagoons!
- need government support to purchase outboard motors and boats bigger! Shouted one of the fishermen.
- Yes, we want big engines and boats! All shouted in unison.
- Let's strike! No more fish until we give the engines and boats! Shouted another.

One of the old stone rose where he sat with his head down and walked toward the center of the circle. His hands calloused and tired legs were shaking. Expectantly for the audience to see him silenced. Marcus was an old man of ninety years from ten had engaged in fishing. He looked up and saw the fear, anguish, sorrow, hatred, impotence and failure in the face of all. He recalled his grandfather's time, when a child would take him fishing around the cays of the Bay, the abundance and diversity of fish, the boat filled with lad and shrimp, the big banks of oysters, the recognition that people gave for being a fisherman.

- The fault is ours, he said.

Everyone turned to look and laughed.

- At that time, I continue talking, the city was different. There were fewer people, fewer boats and pangas. The mountains were at the foot of the banks of streams and rivers. The waters of the bay is kept clean all year. We were also a few fishermen and our product is brought to the city, feeding them, not what we sold buyers of the bay that lead him to the Pacific.
- old already, enough with the stories! With that say we do not solve the problem! Shouted one of the young fishermen.
- Yes, we must get on strike until the government gives us motors and boats! Shouted another.
- Basta! Marcus let them talk! "Cried John.

The meeting attracted a family of fishermen in Old Bank, and those living in Beholder, Point Teen, Cotton Tree, Santa Rosa and the central district. The space was small for more than four people now attending the meeting. A woman from Old Bank, John's wife, sat a chair under the shade of a breadfruit tree offering it to Marcus to sit down and he continued talking.

- We take care of the bay as if it were our home. See how Miller has been clear-cutting Creek, Gunboat Creek and Deadman Creek, on its shores, people have built houses and trash covers, die their waters. People now strip along the streets, the city can not take the trash and see when it rains flooded streets with debris of all kinds, mixed with sewage and served ending dragged to fall into the waters of the bay. Look how many pangas and boats with powerful engines are now, think about the amount of oil, diesel and gasoline to contaminate their waters, sure they feel the smell of the gutters or will they be blind to not see the great spots to sail its waters ? All this is what has caused the loss of the richness of the bay, fish and lad and we play in this filth, so they must go far to fish.

silence for even the most vociferous to hear the words of Marcus.

- is true, you're right Marcus! Shouted one of the fishermen.
- Let's strike! Shouted another.
- "Needless to qué?

En letras mayúsculas, the end, had written: Fishermen's Committee.

days passed and the blankets were hung in the streets. On the fifth day, the cry of the sellers of shrimp, fish and oysters no longer heard in the streets, disappeared the sea aroma that emanated from the buckets and buckets in the corners, family dinner tables began to yearn for seafood restaurants and deleted Section menu of seafood. Municipal and regional authorities could not find answers to the problem. Sought to fishermen and, in a meeting, they offered the "Paddle Zero, but declined the offer to leave their paddles by engines and pangas.

The people of the city organized a committee for dialogue and agreed not to throw litter in the streets, collect garbage deposits selected in differentiating organic from inorganic and calling for mayor adequate treatment same. Fuel retailers on the shores of the bay were heavily punished by the police , many left to sell for not welcoming the measures outlined and students of colleges and universities joined the struggle of the fishermen through a sustained campaign of awareness of the people, developing reforestation purposes week in the hills, creeks, streams and courtyards.

A month later, Marcus along with thousands of people dismissed from the main town pier fishermen who went out happy in his new fishing operation. After rowing for ten minutes every sail up their boats at the same time, showing them their new slogan: I love my Bay!
