After an absence of nearly two months I am back. The reason for my absence was for academic reasons but the results I can be quite favorable. After all I decided to write an appeal to my intelligence and my ability to critique and editor.
This time will be the turn back to politics and the issue will be cabinet members appointed by the President-elect Felipe Calderon.
